Muscovites can purchase five land plots for individual housing construction (IHC) in the Voronovskoye district of TiNAO. This was reported on the portal of the capital's mayor and government in connection with the head of the Moscow Committee for Architecture and Urban Development Yuliana Knyazhevskaya.
She said that the committee should go to the village No. 1 Klenovka. In 58b and 59g it was mentioned that it approved two urban development plans for land plans with a total area of 0.14 hectares, and also changed the land use and development rules for three plans: The total area of the village of Klenovka is 0.28 hectares.
There, Muscovites will be able to build houses and other buildings with a total area of up to 239 square meters, Knyazhevskaya said.
Earlier, Moscow put 70 plots of land for the construction of individual houses up for sale. The objects, ranging in size from 8 to 26 acres, are located to the east of the city and TiNAO. Citizens can build real estate with an area of more than 35,000 square meters.
Accordingly, the head of the city's real estate department, Maxim Gaman, reported that several bidders had submitted applications for each of the 47 lots put up for auction. One applicant submitted an application for eight different real estate properties.
