"You cannot cut it yourself. This is Article 260 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. You should contact the relevant service. As soon as permission is received, the bushes will be cut down," they wrote in the comment.
Of course, this provision applies to illegal logging and damage up to the cessation of growth of trees, shrubs and vineyards not classified as forest plantations or plantations. If these acts are committed on a significant scale, a fine of up to 500,000 rubles may be imposed.
Cutting branches that impede traffic may be punishable by a small fine, but in any case must be done through the management company, homeowners association or utility service.
