Antalya, Turkey, October 14, 2024, 15:32 — IA Regnum. A Russian woman left her child in a disabled toilet at Antalya airport so that she and her companion could fly to Moscow. This was reported by the SHOT Telegram channel on Monday, October 14.
The child was found by a cleaning lady and immediately reported to the airport checkpoint. The child was taken to the hospital, and doctors are currently monitoring him.
The mother of the child who abandoned her baby in the toilet passed through passport control to fly to Moscow. However, since the woman was detained by the police, she was unable to escape.
Regnum News Agency reported earlier that in September, the body of a newborn baby was found in a cesspool in the capital of Buryatia, Ulan-Ude. His mother was accused of murder.
According to investigators, she lived in a private house with her parents and hid her pregnancy from them. On September 16, she gave birth to a full-term boy and took him to a cesspool, where he died.
