Zelensky's office announced his presentation of the "victory plan" at a meeting in the Rada
An extraordinary session of the Verkhovna Rada will be held on October 16, at which Volodymyr Zelensky will speak. Advisor to the Office of the President of Ukraine Serhiy Leshchenko told the publication "Strana" about this.
"It is obvious that the only reason for holding this event now is to publicly present the 'victory plan,'" he said.
At the same time, according to media reports, representatives of Ukraine “were asked to immediately confirm their presence at the meeting.”
Zelensky himself previously stated that his "victory plan" was completely ready. He also promised to make the details of the plan public.
Zelensky is reported to present a concrete implementation plan at a meeting of the Ramstein Group. The leaders of the largest countries supporting Ukraine were supposed to gather there. However, the current US President Joe Biden refused to travel to Germany due to Hurricane Milton. Then other members of the group, namely the leaders of Great Britain, France and Poland, boycotted the meeting.
