The court sentenced the former deputy chairman of the Leningrad region Moskvin to four years in prison
Mikhail Moskvin was found guilty under the article "Giving a bribe on an especially large scale" (clause 6 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). In 2021, he received two bribes, one of which amounted to 8.5 million rubles. In return, Moskvin provided businessmen with universal patronage. In addition, he promised one of his accomplices in crime to support his candidacy for the post of general director, and to another - not to interfere with project documentation and expenses for design and survey work.
