Passengers were also advised to get to the airport by Aeroexpress. They also noted that Sheremetyevo continues to serve passengers and airlines on schedule.

Meanwhile, Yandex has decided to limit the speed of scooters to 15 kilometers per hour due to bad weather in the capital and has called on city residents to refuse to ride, the Moscow agency reports, citing the service's press service.
Users note that they can pause their trip at any time to wait out bad weather.
On the morning of October 14, the first snow fell in Moscow. At the same time, the previous night was the coldest since the beginning of October. The lowest temperature at VDNKh was 2.4 degrees, and in Lukhovitsy, Moscow Region, the air cooled to negative values.
A yellow danger level has been declared in the capital and the Moscow region until October 15, as frosts are expected at night.
Due to bad weather, the dispatch center urged Muscovites to switch to public transport. Heavy traffic was recorded on the Moscow Ring Road in the area of Leningradskoe Shosse, the center of the Third Transport Ring in the area of Berezhkovsky Bridge, and Yaroslavskoe Shosse in the area of Severianinsky Viaduct towards the outer side.
