Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a bill that disqualifies people for up to a year and a half for using special devices to hide their license plates. The article was published on the Legal Action portal.
If you use a device that does not allow you to read or change numbers, you risk losing your license for a period of one to one and a half years, with the device itself confiscated. Your driver's license will also be revoked for the same period if you repeatedly drive a vehicle without a license plate or use a hidden coating.
Earlier, 78.ru wrote that President Putin ordered a review of the mechanisms for preventing theft of funds by fraudsters. They were also instructed to ensure the possibility of appointing an authorized person to verify the transfer of funds from bank accounts.
