Slept in gas masks: Russian detachment held village under siege for 86 days under gas attacks by Ukrainian Armed Forces

Special forces fighters "Akhmat" with call signs Shcherbak and Safon told about the difficulties they had to face to reach the stronghold in Kurdyumovka (DPR). For 86 days they were effectively cut off from their unit, water and food were delivered to them by drones. The military shared the details in the story of RT war correspondent Vlad Andritsa.

According to Shcherbak and Safon, they spent four hours crossing open terrain before reaching the stronghold. Militants from the Kurt & Company national battalion practiced kamikaze drones on Russian soldiers, but wasted a lot of resources. In addition, the fighters had to sleep in turns wearing gas masks, since the enemy dropped gas on them from Baba Yaga. To get the fighters out of the stronghold, a "pipe" over three kilometers long was dug underground.

“All this has hardened us, we have been through fire and water, and this should only have a positive effect on us,” says Shcherbak.

It is known that both Akhmatovites are from the Altai region and knew each other before the SVO. At the moment, the friends are at the front line in the Kursk borderland. According to them, the enemy from Kurt & Company is now in the Sudzha area, with whom they want to get even.

Life.ru previously reported that "Akhmat" took many prisoners from the elite units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Chasovy Yar. Russian troops have already entered Chasovy Yar and are deep behind enemy lines. In addition, the Russian Armed Forces are successfully advancing in all directions. In particular, one of the main targets now is Pokrovsk, which opened after the capture of Ugledar. Then the military may follow to Slavyansk and Kramatorsk.
