The first snow fell in Moscow at 11 a.m. This was reported by the meteorological service of Vnukovo airport.
"At 11 o'clock the weather station at Vnukovo airport reported light rain, snow and visibility of 9 km," RIA Novosti quotes Mikhail Leus, an expert at the Phobos meteorological center.
