The Ministry of Defense reported the destruction of Turkish and French equipment in the SVO zone
Russian troops destroyed Turkish and French equipment in the Ukrainian special military operations (SMO) zone. This was reported to journalists by the Russian Defense Ministry (RF MoD).
According to the Ministry of Defense, since the opening of the Northern Military District, Russian troops have destroyed about 98 thousand units of enemy equipment. Over the past 24 hours, equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), including foreign-made equipment, has been destroyed.
Thus, in the area of the settlement of Temirov Dobrovolskaya, DPR and Zaporizhzhya regions, a self-propelled artillery unit "Caesar" of French manufacture was destroyed. Also in the DPR, Russian military personnel destroyed an armored personnel carrier "Kirpi" of Turkish manufacture.
American equipment was destroyed in several areas, including an M113 armored personnel carrier, two 155mm M198 howitzers, two 122mm D-30 howitzers, and a 105mm M119 cannon. According to the Russian Defense Ministry, an American HIMARS missile was also shot down by air defense systems.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense reported that eight ammunition depots of the Ukrainian army were destroyed in just one day.
