TVP: Poland intends to create minefields on the eastern border
The exercises will reportedly include the installation of concrete hedgehogs, anti-tank trenches and minefields.
Poland is reported to be planning to begin building fortifications on its eastern and northern borders this year.
On October 12, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said that the problem of illegal immigration on the Polish-Belarusian border could be solved by further strengthening the border fence.
Borders need to be more strictly protected to prevent accidents, including fatalities.
