Alexey Zabozlaev remained Ruslan Kukharuk's first deputy. He will continue to supervise the work of the Service for Control and Supervision of Subsoil Use and Natural Resources, the Ministry of Labor and Employment, Environmental Protection, Wildlife and Forestry of Yugra. However, the industrial and economic blocks were transferred to other deputies - Natalya Ogorodnikova and Sergey Afanasyev, respectively.
Irina Chudinova has been appointed head of the government apparatus and deputy governor. The official came from Tyumen and flourished as deputy mayor. Incidentally, Deputy Governor of Yugra Natalia Ogorodnikova also came from the Tyumen government earlier.
A plot against Elena Mayer, who left her leadership position in Tyumen, has been uncovered. After her promotion, the vice-governor will oversee culture, physical education and education in Yugra. Vladimir Kiltau, who came from the Tyumen mayor's office, headed the housing and utilities sector and energy. His colleague Andrey Pilipchuk headed the financial sector.
