Man arrested after reports of shooting at cafe in Kazan
RIA Novosti reported on social media that a verbal conflict in a Kazan cafe escalated into a fight with shooting from a traumatic pistol.
The police said: "A man who may have been involved in the incident was arrested with an object resembling a non-lethal weapon."
As the Vzglyad newspaper writes, in early October, shootouts and clashes occurred in the Moscow region village of Odintsovo. As a result of the incident, one person was injured and taken to a medical facility.
