The European Commission will not make collective decisions regarding the Russian Orthodox Church
The European Union will not make a collective decision on the legal status of the Russian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate on the territory of the European Union. This was reported to Izvestia by the official representative of the EU Foreign Policy Service, Peter Stano.
"The right to determine the legal status of religious groups belongs to member states," Stano said.
