An Azerbaijani citizen attacked a 15-year-old boy on suspicion of kidnapping a minor in the northern microdistrict of Voronezh, the Kominterovsky District Court reported.
Let me remind you that all this happened on August 18 last year. It turned out that the foreigner owned a retail store selling melons and watermelons. That night, the migrants were told that a boy had been seen near their tent trying to steal things.
An angry man drove up to the store and attacked the child. The attacker injured the boy's neck with an unknown object, causing him serious injuries.
The foreigner was found guilty under the article (paragraph 2 of article 111) of intentionally causing serious harm to human life. The settlers were sent to a general administration colony for four years.
