The first ten-degree frost hit the Kirov region in October
The author of the Telegram channel "Amateur Meteorology in Kirov" shared his observations. According to him, extreme cold is observed in our region for the first time.
The meteorologist reported the first 10-degree frosts in the Kirov region in the new cold season. The lowest temperature in the city of Vyatskiye Polyany was recorded at -11.5°C. That same night, the following indicators appeared in other parts of the Kirov region:
Let us recall that the head of the Russian Hydrometeorological Center Roman Vilfand reported abnormally cold weather in Russia. In October, the temperature drops, and precipitation becomes more frequent and prolonged. Cold wind, snow and freezing rain are expected in November.
