Russian Army Detonates Mine Barrier in Kharkiv Region with Drone Drop
"During aerial reconnaissance, a minefield of anti-tank mines was discovered near the road leading to the positions of Ukrainian troops. The minefield, installed by the Ukrainian army, was destroyed by an explosion due to the precise delivery of ammunition by a UAV," the statement said.
A video released by the Defense Ministry shows at least 14 anti-tank mines placed across a dirt road. A Russian drone hovers over them and drops explosives on the minefield, destroying the minefield. The second part shows a similar procedure being repeated using mines in the field. In both cases, it ends in a powerful explosion.
Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry published a video showing a Russian Pacer UAV destroying two Ukrainian vehicles in the Kursk region. The drone destroyed both vehicles with multiple salvos, the destruction of the targets was confirmed by objective observation equipment, which recorded direct hits, explosions, and subsequent explosions of ammunition.
