On the morning of October 13, a family from Yekaterinburg witnessed a horrific scene at the Baden-Baden thermal complex in Uktus. According to them, there was dirt and garbage everywhere, and there were even condom pills in the children's pool. Eyewitnesses shared the video on social media.
"We arrived in Baden-Uktus today, October 13, at about 9:10 a.m. with my husband and child. And they were shocked by the situation. Everywhere was full of dirt, garbage, cigarette butts, stained glass windows covered in spit and the smell of beer. All the saunas were cold. The worst thing was the children's pools, full of pills and condoms, dirt and sand. It would have been better if I had opened it a few hours later, but it saved my face. I hope Rospotrebnadzor will pay attention to this," the "Evil Yekaterinburg" Telegram channel reported.
The day before, a party from the promo group "Stea" was held on the territory of the complex. However, the event was not without incident. On the morning of October 13, information appeared on social networks that a security guard had beaten up one of the visitors.
A URA.RU correspondent contacted Baden-Baden for a comment. "Our complex opens at 09:00. Cleaning is always carried out before the opening of the resort. Today is no exception. Plus... our cleaning service works all day. We will definitely look into the situation. If this incident really happened, we would try to organize cleaning. We apologize to our guests!" - the press service of the complex described.
