Interesting weather changes are expected in the south of Russia in the coming weeks. In October, residents of the south of Russia may expect a pleasant surprise – unusually warm weather, according to leading specialists from the Russian Hydrometeorological Center. This is reported by TASS.
Despite the fact that a slight cooling to 18-20 degrees is expected by the end of next week, experts do not rule out the possibility of a new warming or a heat explosion in the second half of the month. The temperature may rise again to summer values of 23-25 degrees, and the water in reservoirs will warm up to 21 degrees.
