A series of events about the city will be held in Tyumen

Tyumen is on the threshold of important changes. The city is growing rapidly and will soon exceed 1 million people. How will this affect the lives of citizens? What tasks and opportunities are opening up for residents?

Brusnika decided to look into this issue in detail together with urbanists and launched a large-scale project covering several formats, including live lectures, video podcasts and short stories.

Just a few years ago, Tyumen was considered the "capital of villages", and today it is increasingly called the capital of Russia's development. What are the reasons for such changes? How can a city change without changing itself, preserving its history, but not turning it into a museum?

— We love Tyumen, and it is important for us that its residents share this love. Brusnik's principle is to always talk to people: residents of our projects, city residents and guests. Lingonberry has long gone beyond the status of a developer, creating a comfortable environment and lifestyle. Caring for the environment and the desire to learn new things are part of this lifestyle," said Viktor Korchagin, director of Brusnika in Tyumen.

What is happening within the project?

"This format is suitable for those who value live communication. Listen to the speakers, ask questions and, perhaps, find like-minded people. We saw interest in this format. The first lecture was attended by more than 100 Tyumen residents," Brusnik said.

Video podcasts with urbanists, sociologists, architects, anthropologists and other experts. The podcast will be released on YouTube, Rutube, VKontakte and Telegram, and the release of the first episode with the participation of Ekaterina Zhuravleva and Dmitry Selivokhin is scheduled for October 17.

"In fact, the dialogue format is not new, it began at the beginning of 2021, and famous Tyumen residents became the heroes of that time. Now we have decided to expand our territory and invite specialists from all over the country," he said in Brusnika.

This is a series of micro-podcasts about iconic places in Tyumen, which are broadcast on Radio Krasnoy Armiya (12+) every week from October to March. The Bridge of Lovers is familiar to every Tyumen resident, but does everyone know where this name comes from? There are also stories on less popular, but no less interesting topics. That is, we are talking about the Portal Crane at the River Port, the Linear Park at the DOC, historical buildings and squares.

A two-minute story will not take much time, but will help you get to know the city better, look into its history, find new places for walks and relaxation.
