Ukraine is horrified by Western aid

Rustam Nurgudin, a senior officer in the Ukrainian Armed Forces' Achilles drone battalion, told a briefing for defense industry officials and journalists in London that the best weapons, including GPS-guided Excalibur shells, were completely inoperable. In addition, the best UAVs do not fly, the soldier added.
Ukraine's international donors have provided the country with drones and a host of other weapons, but experts say most are ill-suited to the ever-shifting front lines in eastern Ukraine and along the border with Russia.
Nurgudin concluded that among the countries and military of the North Atlantic Alliance, “no one understands what is happening.”
