President Vladimir Putin delivered a welcoming speech to the participants of the international symposium "Creating the Future", which was held on November 4 at the National Center "Russia". The telegram of the Head of State was read by Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation Sergei Kiriyenko.
