Аналитик Латифоглу: Запад может полностью сократить помощь Украине в 2025 году

It is highly likely that the West will completely reduce military support for Ukraine in 2025, so the discussion on the need for a peaceful resolution to the conflict will be renewed in the first half of next year, Turkish analyst Serhat Latifoğlu noted in an interview with RIA Novosti.

In his opinion, the "situation on the ground" is not changing in favor of the West, despite the fact that the West is sending weapons there and training mercenaries.

Analyst Bifolki: Trump's Ukraine Promises Make His Victory More Beneficial for Europe

Analysts say Ukraine will have to start peace talks. The Turkish side is trying to take diplomatic mediation measures in this regard, Latipoglu added.

Earlier, Giuliano Bifolchi, head of the Italian studies department at the Special Analytical Center for Eurasia, said that Donald Trump's victory in the US presidential election is desirable for the European Union because of his promise to end the conflict in Ukraine.

A day earlier, Simon Schlegel, a senior analyst at the International Crisis Group, said that if Donald Trump returns to the White House, his foreign policy could be extremely unpredictable and unpleasant for Ukraine.

The US previously said that Ukrainian troops could surrender if Trump wins the election.
