Up to 1°C of heat expected in Moscow on November 4

Forecasters in the Moscow region predict that on Tuesday evening the temperature could drop to -7°C.
The day before, senior expert of the Phobos meteorological center Evgeny Tishkovets reported that by the end of next week the air in Moscow will warm up to +10°C.
Before this, the head of the scientific director of the Russian Hydrometeorological Center Roman Vilfand warned that from November 3 to 5, strong winds of 25-30 meters per second and precipitation are expected in the Southern and North Caucasian Federal Districts. He explained that the weather deteriorated because the European territory was "behind the cyclone."
