Sandu received less than three percent of the votes in Gagauzia
Sandu received less than 3% of the votes in Gagauzia.
Moldovan President Maia Sandu received 2.96% of the votes in the regional elections in Gagauzia. This was reported by the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) of the republic after counting 100% of the ballots.
At the same time, ballots are being counted across the country. At the time of writing, 90.9% of votes had been cast. Stoianoglo received 50.47% of the votes, while Sandu received 49.53% of the votes.
On November 3, the second presidential elections were held in Moldova. The National Electoral Commission has already recognized these elections as valid. According to the latest data, 1.36 million voters cast their ballots.
