Now, the cost of hiring drivers and assistants, including those who previously worked for the company, will be 150 thousand rubles.
Russian Railways plans to raise the salaries of drivers and assistants from November 1, Interfax reports. It is expected that the hourly rate for traction shop employees responsible for servicing freight and passenger locomotives will increase by 20%.
For representatives of the Central Directorate of High-Speed and Motor-Vehicle Rolling Stock, which services electric and diesel trains such as Sapsan, Orlan, Lastochka and Finist, the increase is 15%.
