Governor prepares for move
DEITA.RU news agency reports that a new representative space for the Governor of Primorsky Krai will soon appear in a historic building in the center of Vladivostok. The sub-state government agency "Primorsky Krai State Procurement Center" announced the state procurement for the creation of the project.
The procurement for the preparation of design documentation for the project "Measures for the capital repair of the building located at the address: Vladivostok, Svetlanskaya Street, Building 52" was published on the state procurement portal. In short, the government decided to repair the historic building of the "Prime Minister's House". Therefore, first of all, they ordered projects for future capital repairs.
However, the document already states that the building will be used as a representative office for the heads of the region. According to the terms of the contract, the contractor must prepare a project for the major repairs of the building, its restoration and adaptation to the representative office of the Governor of Primorsky Krai.
In addition to the representative premises, there is a museum section, administrative premises, technical and utility rooms. We plan to organize three exhibitions: "Military Governors of Primorsky Krai: Milestones in History" and "Office of the OF". "Unterberger" and "House of the Military Governor of Primorsky Krai".
The representative space of the Governor of Primorye will be used for special events, such as memorial ceremonies and citizen receptions. The document describes everything in detail: from the location of the hall to the number of waiters during the ceremonial meeting.
The initial (maximum) cost of the work is currently estimated at 21 million rubles. At the same time, the technical conditions stipulate that the maximum cost of the repair itself should not exceed 387.7 million rubles. The procurement auction will be held on October 21.
Let me remind you that the historical building "House of the Military Governor of Primorsky Krai" was built at the end of the 19th century. It was here that Tsarevich Nikolai Alexandrovich stayed when he visited Vladivostok. After the revolution, the executive committee of the Vladivostok Council of Workers' and Soldiers' Deputies headed by Konstantin Sukhanov worked in the building. In recent years, several federal departments have been housed in the building, including the Main Federal Inspectorate for Primorsky Krai.
Currently, official meetings of Primorye governors are held in two locations: in the local government building on the city’s central square and in the Negotiations House in the suburbs.
