Ship capsized in Sakhalin: there are casualties
Sakhalin, October 18, FederalPress. The cargo ship Grigory Lovtsov, carrying crushed stone and sand, capsized in the port of Korsakov on Sakhalin. I have information about the victim. Governor Valery Limarenko shared the details on his Telegram channel.
According to Limarenko, the fate of four crew members is still unknown. Rescuers are currently searching. Two tugboats and a rescue boat are working at the scene of the accident. The marine rescue team is training divers. An operational group from the Sakhalin Regional Emergency Situations Headquarters has left for the port of Korsakov.
Let me remind you that the Yak-130 plane crashed in the Volgograd region. All this happened during a training flight. The crew managed to leave the aircraft and is currently in the hospital.
