You can travel from Gorno-Altaisk to St. Petersburg and back by plane from November 1
Direct flights from Gorno-Altaisk to the northern capital will be available from the beginning of November. This was reported by the press service of the Altai Republic.
Regular flights are operated from St. Petersburg's Pulkovo Airport to Gorno-Altaysk twice a week (Friday and Sunday).
The Aeroflot airline website reported that Rossiya will operate regular flights from St. Petersburg's Pulkovo Airport to Gorno-Altaysk and back twice a week (Friday and Sunday).
Under the terms of the state program for the development of regional air transport, anyone can purchase a discounted air ticket. Ticket prices have been reduced thanks to subsidies from the Altai Republic and St. Petersburg.
Departure from Gorno-Altaysk is scheduled for 10:10, arrival in St. Petersburg at 11:15. The return flight from St. Petersburg departs at 00:35 and arrives in Gorno-Altaysk at 09:10.
