All Pskov schools will switch to distance learning due to community-acquired pneumonia
PSKOV, October 17, FederalPress. The Pskov authorities have decided to transfer all municipal schools to distance learning. The city's mayor, Boris Elkin, said that students will not go to school from October 21.
Five schools in the city are currently closed for quarantine, TASS reports. The holidays for students in Pskov will begin on October 28. The authorities expect that this method will ensure that contacts between children are stopped for two weeks. In addition, classes in additional education institutions will be suspended.
Earlier, FederalPress reported that since the beginning of autumn, more than 130 children have been hospitalized in Pskov hospitals with pneumonia.
