Russian describes US city as 'mired in homeless people'
A Russian traveler visited San Francisco and described the American city as "blighted by homelessness." He shared his impressions on his personal blog #dowhateveryouwant on the Zen platform.
The author notes that San Francisco seemed attractive at first glance. He noted that the city has many interesting places, picturesque parks, cozy corners, and the hills give it a special charm.
"As soon as we turned from the beautiful streets into the alleys, the real face of San Francisco life was revealed to us: homeless people, tents, dirt, stench," the blogger added. According to him, there are entire homeless camps on the streets, which have become part of the urban landscape.
Previously, another travel blogger visited Anchorage, Alaska and said she felt sad and scared there. She called the American city dark in every sense.
