A man was caught in Kirov who managed to steal one item from a store four times
One day in October, law enforcement received a warning from a store in a building on Militseyskaya Street. The nearest crew member immediately headed to the scene. The National Guard stormed the retail store.
The 48-year-old Kirov resident didn't wait for them there at all. The store employees caught him when he tried to pass by the cash register with a bottle of alcohol. The employee watched the man closely and suddenly realized that this theft was perhaps not the only thing that lay on the buyer's conscience.
Russian security guards and shop assistants conducted an investigation at the scene. Thanks to CCTV footage, they discovered that the same man had visited the store three times before. He had bought the same bottle of cognac for each occasion.
The total damage amounted to more than 15,000 rubles. Russian security forces detained the man and handed him over to the police for further investigation.
