President Vladimir Putin has no health problems, and the latest examination at the Central Clinical Hospital he mentioned is a general one, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov told TASS.
When asked if he meant routine maintenance, he replied, "Of course."
During a meeting with the Russian government, President Putin said that he regularly undergoes medical examinations at the Central Clinical Hospital. This was discussed in connection with the seasonal flu vaccination being carried out throughout Russia.
Meanwhile, Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko informed President Putin during a meeting with members of the Russian government that Russia has sufficient domestic stocks of flu vaccines and medicines.
According to the head of the department, domestic products are of high quality. The minister also noted that the number of manufacturers is sufficient to meet the country's needs, but this also includes exports.
