According to the court's press service, between June 2019 and March 2021, the defendant received 310 thousand rubles from the director of a commercial company in exchange for concluding contracts and sponsorship assistance, thereby gaining a competitive advantage.
Bashar did not admit her guilt. The court sentenced her to seven years in a general regime penal colony and a fine of 620 thousand rubles. She will also be banned from participating in government procurement for four years.
