A girl in the Samara region decided to commit a terrorist attack: the FSB reported details
The Federal Security Service has detained a resident of the Samara region on suspicion of involvement in supporting terrorists.
According to the regional FSB department, the 21-year-old girl communicated via messenger with a representative of her Ukrainian colleague and, following his instructions, planned to set fire to a cell phone tower.
He turned to drug addicts for help. The girl expected to receive a reward if she completed the task. This was reported by the press service of the FSB Directorate for the Samara Region.
In addition, the prisoner was preparing to set fire to a relay cabinet in the area of the Samara railway station. She arranged a hiding place, where law enforcement officers found a flammable mixture and tools for opening metal boxes.
A criminal case has been opened against the girl under paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Terrorist acts"). A criminal case has been opened against her assistant under Part 2 of Article 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Intentional destruction or damage to property"). All of them have already been detained.
