The survey also aimed to study the residents' perception of the government's policy in the Russian Arctic. Internal transport, ecology, tourism and recreation, agriculture and other areas.

— The survey results also show the level of public awareness of the implementation of the Russian Arctic development strategy as a whole and individual support instruments, such as the "Arctic Hectares" and "Arctic Mortgage" programs. We will find out how aware respondents are of plans to support indigenous peoples of the North (providing subsidies for the construction of slaughterhouses, trade and logistics centers, processing plants, purchasing equipment) and support entrepreneurs (resident status). "Russian Arctic" provides recreation and health improvement for children from the Arctic region at resorts in the south of Russia, PORA reports.

Experts will study the population's perception of the "Comprehensive Arctic Subsidy", which covers a set of measures for the development of the Northern Sea Route, Arctic economic growth centers, and the development of social infrastructure in closed administrative regions.

The final set of questions was designed to assess the survey participants' thoughts on public-private partnership issues and their knowledge of the work of the non-profit sector. How respondents assess the contribution of large corporations and government institutions to development and improving people's living standards.
