Earthquake aired on Turkish TV channel
The earthquake that occurred in Turkey was broadcast on local TV channels. The recording of the broadcast was published on the TRT Haber YouTube channel.
The speaker's speech was interrupted by the tremors that began. Women's screams were heard from behind, and the studio equipment began to shake.
Recall that the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) reported on October 16 an earthquake with a magnitude of 6.1 in eastern Turkey. The epicenter was located near the city of Malatya, where about 441,000 people live. The depth was 9 km.

Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya said there were no casualties in the disaster. At the same time, three buildings partially collapsed in Malatya. The hotline received 33 calls for help.
