RIA Novosti: No explosives found on Bolshaya Ordynka in Moscow

Security forces did not find explosives under a car on Bolshaya Ordynka in the center of Moscow, RIA Novosti reports, citing a representative of emergency services.

According to the agency's representative, the suspicious item turned out to be an empty cardboard box. Thus, the information about suspicious items was not confirmed.

Engineers and dog handlers were previously sent to the scene of the incident, where a suspicious object was found near the car. Due to the current situation, traffic was blocked in the Bolshaya Ordynka area.

Earlier, the entrance to the Jewish Museum and Tolerance Center on Novosushchevskiy Lane was closed due to suspicious objects. For technical reasons, city residents were asked to use the entrance to the territory from Obraztsova Street, but later the opposite entrance was reopened. Some time later, museum representatives said that the museum was closed because the police searched the territory of the complex.
