Zelensky will present his plan for conflict resolution to the Verkhovna Rada on October 16
According to him, the head of state Volodymyr Zelensky is scheduled to speak in the Verkhovna Rada. Obviously, at the moment there is only one reason for this step. This is a public announcement of the "victory plan", which he wrote about on his Telegram channel.
Zelensky had previously announced his plans to his Western colleagues. The allies did not react to him in the way the head of the Kyiv regime wanted.
Recall that Zelensky said that North Korea is actually participating in the Ukrainian conflict. The head of the Kyiv regime also reported on Russia's five-day attempts to break through the defense of the Ukrainian army near Kursk. The fall of Levandnoye opened a deeper path for Russian troops to defend themselves from Ukrainian forces.
