UFAS recovered more than 50 million rubles from "Baltic Pearl" for deceiving shareholders
The violation was discovered in 2023 following a collective statement from equity construction participants. It later turned out that in the equity construction and advertising participation agreements, the developer indicated a smaller area of the apartment than it actually was. The subsequent recalculation of the area of the house required the buyer to conclude an additional agreement. Accordingly, apartment prices increased.
