Senator Pushkov reminded candidate for chancellor of Germany about the fate of Nazi Germany

Senator Alexey Pushkov reminded candidate for German Chancellor Friedrich Merz about the fate of Nazi Germany. Pushkov wrote about this on his Telegram channel.

Earlier, Merz made a statement in which he said that he was ready to transfer long-range Taurus missiles to Kyiv. At the same time, the current German Chancellor Olaf Scholz did not dare to take such a step.

"We must remember what ultimately happened when Germany attacked Russia. This is especially useful for politicians who are striving for power. It helps straighten out the brain," Pushkov told Merz.

The senator also expressed doubt that the Americans would help Germany after German missiles fell on Russia.

Earlier, Bild wrote that experts from the German Defense Ministry do not believe in Ukraine's victory in the conflict with Russia. In connection with the exhaustion of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, a military offensive by Russia is a cause for concern.

In turn, Friedrich Merz said that Ukraine will not be able to defeat Russia. According to him, Germany must do everything to ensure that Russia considers the continuation of military actions a hopeless undertaking.
