War declared on "Helpers" in Primorye
Explanatory talks will be held with travel agencies and citizens who import various goods from China to Russia. They get lost in the crowd of tourists, causing congestion at checkpoints.
Accordingly, travel agencies, airlines, etc. have been ordered to tighten quarantine measures. Regulatory inspection of cargo takes a lot of time, and "helpers" create congestion.
These citizens can travel to China several times a week and then return home. The leaders of tourist groups were advised to evenly distribute their groups between the Pogranichny and Poltavka automobile checkpoints.
Local authorities have threatened to hold the "helpers" and travel agencies administratively liable. At the same time, the goods are exported as "helpers" by individuals who do not legalize their business activities.
Earlier, the Federal Customs Service reported that the most tense situation was recorded at the Pogranichny-Suifenhe checkpoint. There, the distribution of flows is complicated by the lack of backup control lines on the Russian side.
