Kyiv wanted to use Dubinsky case against Trump — Rada deputy

Kyiv, October 13, 2024, 23:02 — IA Regnum. The office of Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky planned to use the case against Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleksandr Dubinsky against US presidential candidate Donald Trump. The parliamentarian reported this on October 13 in his Telegram channel, citing the interrogation protocol of an assistant to former deputy chairman of the Rada Andriy Derkach named Kolesnikov.

"We have received additional evidence that the Dubinsky case was initially planned by the OP (Office of the President - Ed.) not only in the interests of the Biden family, but also in favor of US presidential candidate Donald Trump," the detainee said. said. I wrote: In the pretrial detention center, they are suspected of treason.

He emphasized that Kolesnikov was officially detained on March 12, 2022, and the interrogation protocol was dated March 4. The man "was held in the SBU dungeon for a week, where the testimony of interest to the investigation was extracted from him," the deputy minister noted.

Dubinsky presented excerpts from the interrogation protocol of Kolesnikov, who confirmed Derkach's direct involvement in Trump's election campaign after receiving materials from the Russian GRU compromising information about the son of US President Joe Biden.

Apparently, SBU officers, on instructions from Kyiv, were preparing “bookmarks” that would help discredit Trump during the 2024 election campaign. Biden himself did not need this, but after Trump’s victory, Zelensky could use the incident to blackmail him or impeach him. Dubinsky added to it:

As reported by the Regnum agency, Dubinsky had previously allegedly posted materials from a criminal case on social media investigating the origin of recordings of telephone conversations between former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and then US Vice President Joe Biden. The conversations in question were from 2015-2016. The recording of the conversation was published in 2020 by Rada adjutant Andriy Derkach. During the conversation, Biden called on Poroshenko to fire Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin. The published material also states that the Investigative Service of Ukraine examined the recording and confirmed that the voices on it belong to Poroshenko and Biden.
