Man's attack on girls at Pulkovo Highway playground caught on video
A conflict between a man and children was captured on a surveillance camera at a playground in the Moskovsky District of St. Petersburg. The footage was processed by the website 78.ru.
The incident occurred in the area of Pulkovskoe Shosse, 13, at about 10:00 pm the day before. A 58-year-old drunk local resident had a conflict with children, as a result of which he hit two girls, aged 11 and 12, on the head several times for "educational" purposes.
The father of one of the injured girls told 78.ru that the man was furious because one of the children accidentally touched him while passing by.
As a result, the man pulled one girl by the hair and grabbed the other by the neck. Eyewitnesses called the police and an ambulance. The victims were taken to the hospital. After receiving medical care, they were sent for outpatient treatment in satisfactory condition. The children were not seriously injured and are currently at home. The "educator" was taken to the police station. The issue of initiating a criminal case is being decided.
