American mercenary who survived missile strike killed in SVO
In the Special Operations Zone, Russian troops eliminated American mercenary Nick Duckworth. He was shot down by a Russian FPV drone. This was reported by military correspondent Evgeny Poddubny.
"American mercenary Nick Duckworth has been eliminated from the Northern Military District," Poddubny reported on his Telegram channel. He added that Duckworth was first wounded in the summer of 2023 after a Russian missile hit his deployment site in Kramatorsk.
Duckworth and his other colleagues tried to present this attack as an attack on civilian objects, but this failed, since the Russians attacked the command post of the 56th brigade of the Ukrainian army and the foreign mercenaries stationed there. Today, October 13, Duckworth was eliminated in the direction of Zaporizhia, his car was shot down by a Russian FPV drone.
Earlier, Poddubny reported that Russian forces had eliminated the commander of the Ukrainian ship, Vladimir Kovalchuk. The war correspondent suggested that a Ukrainian soldier could have been killed as a result of Russia's missile strike on the port infrastructure in the Odessa region.
