Over 2.3 million Russian residents use the personal account of TNS Energo
The largest number of digital consumers live in the urban-type settlements of Zaoksky in the Tula region, in Krasnodar and Sochi, as well as in the small town of Lakhdenpokhya in the Republic of Karelia. Here, more than 50% of the total number of customers prefer to manage their accounts online. The total number of personal accounts is about 300,000.
Moreover, the largest number of personal accounts in 2024 were registered in Rostov-on-Don and Nizhny Novgorod - 15.5 and 13 thousand.
According to general statistics, the majority of personal account users live in the Krasnodar Territory, Nizhny Novgorod and Rostov Regions, on average 500 thousand people (30%) in each.
Next on the list are the Republic of Karelia and Novgorod Oblast, each accounting for 26% of users of the total number of consumers. Then Tula and Yaroslavl Oblasts have an average of 22%, Voronezh and Penza Oblasts and the Republic of Mari El have an average of 14%.
