Firefighters and boiler workers in a village near Bratsk have not received their salaries for several months
In the village of Kuznetsovka in the Irkutsk region, local residents have been complaining to the local elder about insufficient wages since August.

The regional administration noted that "the debt of the Kuznetsovsky rural settlement in August and September of this year is due to a serious budget deficit."
