"As a result of the joint work of registrars and employees of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Yugra, over 32 million rubles were collected and over 2 thousand enforcement proceedings were conducted in the first 10 months of 2024. full. The practice of interaction with bailiffs has been helping to reduce the accounts receivable of individuals and legal entities to local operators for many years," the company's press service reported.

They added that the company already has positive judicial practice proving that it was unable to evade payment for the utilities provided. The reoperator initiates compensation for organizations and enterprises that illegally dispose of waste, evade concluding contracts and paying waste removal costs. In this case, in addition to the debt, the debtor is subject to fines, enforcement fees and penalties.

Thus, in Surgut, the procedure for collecting more than half a million rubles from entrepreneurs was completed, the company cites as an example. The debtor issued a decree on the confiscation of funds, a ban on the registration of vehicles and restrictions on the right to leave the Russian Federation. These measures were canceled immediately after the entrepreneurs paid off their debts.
