American musician and producer Quincy Jones has died at the age of 92. He died at his home in Los Angeles surrounded by his family, TASS reports. The cause of the musician's death is unknown.
Quincy Jones became famous for his collaborations with singers Frank Sinatra, Aretha Franklin, Donna Summer and Ray Charles. He also produced Michael Jackson's albums Thriller, Off the Wall and Bad.
Jones has written soundtracks for more than 50 films and television series. He has won multiple Grammy Awards, and Time magazine included him in its list of the most influential jazz musicians of the 20th century.
