In St. Petersburg, unknown persons destroyed a workshop producing helicopter parts. Six masked men, armed with axes and hammers, entered the premises and destroyed the equipment.

According to Baza, this happened on the night of October 14. The production facility is located on Kingiseppskoe Highway in Krasnoe Selo. In addition, there were workers inside during the attack. According to them, one of the attackers ran up to them and forced them to hand over their phones.

A few minutes after the attack, the unknown persons left. According to one of the presented versions, this could have been organized by the company's competitors.

In early 2021, in the Vyborg district of the Leningrad region, due to business problems and a conflict with competitors, a 44-year-old local businessman came to a construction equipment parking lot and started shooting at excavators, which led to an attack using a Kalashnikov assault rifle. He threw the rifle, then the grenade and drove away.

His body was later found with an unsecured F-1 grenade at his feet. An inspection of the car revealed a Kalashnikov assault rifle, an AKS-74 assault rifle (lost in Chechnya in 1994-1996), a Saiga carbine, grenade fragments and over 800 rounds of ammunition.

In February 2024, a potential terrorist attack was prevented at the Vsevolozhsk Aluminum Alloy Plant in St. Petersburg. An improvised explosive device (IED) containing about 2 kg of explosives was discovered on the corporation's premises.

The bomb was hidden in a bag and was located near one of the warehouses. It was lying out of the camera's field of view. The IED looked like a plastic bag containing three brown sticks, a plastic tube, wires and a hand-held detonator.

The Vsevolozhsk Aluminum Alloy Plant is located in the industrial zone of the Rybatsky District, southeast of St. Petersburg. It is said to be one of the largest enterprises in Russia producing secondary aluminum alloys from recycled aluminum cans.
